Technical Evaluation

Before the production phase begins, our engineering team conducts a technical evaluation of your part design. This includes an evaluation of important factors such as materials, surface finish, structure, process, and other details of 3D and 2D engineering drawings.

Material Verification

Upon request from our customers, we provide certification of the materials used to manufacture your parts. The report comes from the raw material manufacturer and typically includes material calorific value, material grade, material dimensions, mechanical properties, chemical analysis, etc.

In-situ Check System

In precision machining, it is important that the material being machined is always in the correct position. A In-situ Check System is in place to automatically check the position and make adjustments accordingly. Using an In-situ Check System further helps in avoiding early problems, saving cost and time.

In-process Quality Control

At RapidDirect, we strictly adhere to ISO9001:2015 requirements. Quality control personnel perform routine checks on all parts being produced every 2 hours. This further prevents the occurrence of risks.

Full Dimension Inspection Report

For all orders, we can provide a full dimension inspection report upon request. The report will include the following: number of parts, critical dimensions, threads and tolerances, thickness and depth, part appearance, etc.

Packaging

It is very important to ensure that the parts we manufacture are of the highest quality. We know the unpredictability of logistics. Therefore, we ensure that the risk of parts is reduced during the packaging process. Four layers of protection are used during the packaging process: 1. Wrapping paper 2. Pearl cotton 3. Foam 4. Paper/wooden box, ensuring that we provide you with the best quality and most beautiful parts.
